As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the process. When Dawn did her first interview with me, she asked me all about myself, my family, my goals aesthetic and what would make this a great experience. I told her all of the things I thought I knew (many of which I modified over time) and what made me feel anxious or nervous, like financial or process surprises. She reassured me that she had my back and had a session with me to explain the process and everyone's role. We saw many properties before I made a choice and she let me go at my own pace - we did anywhere from 2 - 5 properties at a time some days and while I was mooning over a fixture, she was making sure that I was keeping in mind all of the things that mattered to me from our initial interview. She never impressed her opinion on me and was a wonderful sounding board. When I was beginning to wonder if I was too picky, she reassured me the perfect house was there. I was introduced to my house from a listing that Dawn sent, and she was right, the perfect home was there! The closing process couldn't have been more seamless. We close on Monday (It was about 30 days from offer and less than 3 months from the time we started looking (even with the holidays). I could not be more grateful for her professionalism, guidance and the way she made this process easy and fun. If I had a million words, I couldn't say enough to express my gratitude for this experience.

This was my first home so I the process was a tad bit hectic. Dawn took her time (what a patient person she is) and showed me 12+ homes. We made offers on at least 7 of those, some as late as past midnight but Dawn was always there throughout the process. My current home was put on the market at 9pm, and Dawn texted me about 10 mins later. We made an offer after seeing it the next day and she successfully negotiated for a down payment assistance.

Dawn is awesome! We had a specific time frame we needed to close in, due to a baby on the way, and the date our current lease was ending. Dawn was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! She laid out the entire process for us up front so there were no surprises. My wife and I are both retired military so we have sold multiple homes and Dawn is by far the best realtor we’ve ever had. We also got $50K over ask and I’m sure it was because Dawn is top notch. Her photographer was 2nd to none as well. Our home looked so amazing, we had 4-5 offers as soon as it hit the market!

Dawn is an amazingly competent and ethical realtor with expert knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area. I am so glad we had her to help us with our move to Florida. She was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process and always available to answer all of our questions.

I don’t recommend using this agent. She is incompetent. She has no knowledge of real estate.She showed us many homes, but in the end she was not experienced to show or sell Million dollar homes. She wrote offers without pulling comps, or looking at disclosures. She was lazy, stating she only pulls comps when she feels it's time. Every time we saw her she dressed unprofessional. She does not know what she's doing and wasted our time.
